These website terms apply to sitelift.toledotechnologies.com. A signed proposal or other written agreement controls any paid engagement and replaces conflicting website summaries.

Website and services
SiteLift is a Toledo Technologies LLC service for paid discovery and website migration work. Public package descriptions, prices, timelines, examples, and estimates are informational until scope, payment mechanics, support, and acceptance criteria are set in a signed agreement.
Using this site does not create a client relationship, reserve capacity, or require either party to enter an engagement.
Ownership and accounts
Intellectual-property ownership and licensing are defined in the signed agreement. Completed proposal-defined deliverables transfer after final payment. Client accounts remain under client control. Toledo Technologies retains general methods, reusable components, internal tools, non-client-specific patterns, and portfolio rights unless the agreement or an NDA says otherwise.
Payment, changes, and support
Discovery fees, the earned-on-receipt kickoff Project Retainer, milestone payments, cancellations, scope changes, and any discovery credit follow the signed agreement.
Included bug fixes and launch corrections are limited to the written support window and agreed scope. New work, ongoing maintenance, emergency support, and Care plans are separate unless the signed agreement includes them.
Acceptable site use
Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, transmit malicious code, or collect information about other visitors without consent.
Submitting an inquiry permits Toledo Technologies to respond about that inquiry. It does not add you to a marketing list.
