This SiteLift-specific policy explains how Toledo Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information at sitelift.toledotechnologies.com.

Information we collect
The only required public intake field is your email address. If you choose to provide them, we also collect your name, website URL, current platform, project notes, and hidden page or offer context used to route the inquiry.
When you visit, our web host processes ordinary request data such as IP address, browser, requested path, and timestamp to deliver the site, keep it reliable, and prevent abuse. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure page speed, as described below.
How we use and share it
We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate service fit, provide requested services, and operate and secure the site.
We do not sell or rent personal information or share it for third-party marketing. We share it only with the operational service providers that run the site, analytics, and inquiry email, when required by law or needed to protect our rights, or with your consent.
Analytics and third-party requests
Every page loads Cloudflare Web Analytics, a script from Cloudflare, Inc. For each page view it sends Cloudflare the page address, the referring page, browser and device type, and page-performance timings. Like any web request, it also reaches Cloudflare with your IP address. We use the resulting aggregate reports to understand traffic and site speed, not to identify individual visitors. The script sets no cookies and does not use browser storage.
Your browser also loads typefaces from Google Fonts and photographs from Unsplash. Those providers receive your IP address, browser details, and the referring page when the files load. Each provider handles that data under its own privacy policy.
SiteLift does not run advertising, retargeting, or session-recording tools, does not sell personal information, and does not track you across other websites. The site behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, because there is no cross-site tracking or sale for those signals to switch off.
Lead form and your choices
The Fit Check form submits to Toledo Technologies' lead intake API at https://eolkits.com/api/v1/lead. The service stores the submitted fields in Toledo's operating lead database and sends the owner a notification email. It does not enroll you in a newsletter.
Inquiry records you submit through this site are deleted automatically 24 months after submission. If you become a client, what the engagement needs is kept under your agreement. You can ask us to delete your inquiry sooner at any time.

Security, storage, and links
We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. SiteLift sets no cookies. If you use the Pause motion control on the home page, your browser keeps that single on/off setting in its local storage so the site remembers it. It stays in your browser; the site's code does not send it anywhere.
External sites have their own privacy practices. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
